Stripes + Leopard

{Blazer & Top-Forever21, Scarf-Zara, Denim-7 for All Mankind, Belt-Mango, Boots-Jeffrey Campbell}

Spent much of Sunday catching up with an old friend & running errands - these are my kinda days minus the errands part. On days like this, I usually default to basics - skinny jeans, simple top, blazer layered on with a printed scarf, and killer boots. Maybe I'm a bit late on the boots, but I finally just went for it and purchased these Rumi boots - despite the reviews saying JC runs small, I'm in the minority. They ran large so size down. FYI - they're currently on sale at Karmaloop.

These are my first Jeffrey Campbells and I must say that I'm notably impressed with the quality. The low cut feature is so ideal - I've had a hard time finding an ankle boot that sits right at the ankle and this one does exactly that, which creates the illusion of longer legs (anything in that realm allures me obviously). I'm actually quite disappointed I never purchased a pair prior to this one. I realize expense is all relative, but for the price, JCs are totally worth it. You'll see me buying more in the future...next will be these (from Free People) mentioned in my last post.
